| RESERVATION You can make a reservation via e-mail throughout the year . You will find the email address under 'contact' .. GARDENER'S HOUSE: GÎTE The gardener's house is for rent all year round. For more information click on: Gardener's House CANCELLATION RULES Villa Anna has the following rules related with cancellation : * Cancellation up to one month in advance: 25% of the rent * Cancellation within one month in advance: 1/3rd of the rest of the rent * Cancellation within one week in advance: 100% of the rent SPECIAL NEEDS Are you coming with a baby? We will make a travel cot, highchair and baby bath ready for free. Do you have a dog that you want to take with you? Pets are very welcome. Do you have other specific requirements?
